Amanda Mathews

Helping others reach their full potential has always been my passion. Like many of my clients, I have faced challenges in life, and those experiences—combined with my clinical training—allow me to bring both compassion and expertise into the counseling process. I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, marriage and relationship challenges, stress management, crisis recovery, and more. My approach focuses on exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, behaviors, and interactions with others. By understanding these patterns, clients can begin to make meaningful, lasting change. I facilitate growth and healing by teaching skills such as meditation, mindfulness, emotional regulation, stress tolerance, communication, healthy boundary-setting, and cognitive restructuring, as well as guiding clients in processing underlying trauma. These tools provide a strong foundation for creating a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. My style is compassionate yet straightforward. I believe being direct helps clients go deeper into their experiences and create real transformation. Above all, I bring a genuine interest in each client’s success and walk alongside them as they discover their strength and resilience. I offer both in-office and telehealth counseling options, as well as a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we are a good fit to work together.

Haley Hayman

Hi there! I’m Haley, a Licensed Associate Counselor based in Mesa, Arizona. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and trauma recovery. I work with individuals and couples—especially those within the LGBTQ+ community—who are looking for a safe, collaborative space to explore who they are and what they need to thrive. Many clients come feeling disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed; others are healing from trauma, questioning their identity, or hoping to improve their relationships. Whether you’re processing a life-altering event or just trying to feel more grounded in your everyday experience, I’m here to help.
My counseling style is warm, conversational, and affirming. I bring a mindful, down-to-earth approach to our work together—focusing on what’s showing up for you in the moment while holding space for your past and hopes for the future. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, and mindfulness into my counseling work. I also have training in Gottman and Imago methods for couples work.
I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative process—not a one-size-fits-all experience. We’ll tailor our work to your goals, pace, and what actually feels helpful. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner voice, navigate discomfort with curiosity, and create meaningful change. If you're looking for a space to be fully seen, challenged with compassion, and supported through your growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Traci Benton

Hi, I'm Traci! My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive and welcoming space where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe to explore. I believe therapy isn’t just about overcoming life’s challenges—it’s also a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and building emotional regulation with gentleness and intention. Your story, your pace, and your unique needs are always at the heart of our work together. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I prioritize your lived experience and tailor each session to fit you—not the other way around. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, integrating what’s most effective for you at any given moment. This allows us to meet you where you are, whether you're navigating complex emotions, processing trauma, or working toward greater clarity and balance in your life. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based approach that taps into the body’s natural ability to heal through focused mindfulness and somatic awareness. It can be especially helpful for clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and it allows us to access and process experiences stored deep in the nervous system—often beyond words. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I honor your autonomy while walking alongside you as a guide and support. Whether you're seeking relief, growth, or a deeper connection to yourself, we will work together to help you move forward with greater insight and emotional strength.

Sarah Gale

Hello! My name is Sarah Gale and I am a Graduate Level Intern.
Are you feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating within yourself or your relationships? As a relational therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples uncover how past and present relationships shape their mental health and overall wellbeing. Together we'll create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgement, and begin to understand the deeper connections between your experiences and how you relate to others.
Whether you are navigating anxiety and depression, ADHD challenges, the complexities of faith deconstruction, exploring your identity, or facing challenges related to women's issues or LGBTQ+ issues, I'm here to support you with compassion and care. My goal is to help you build healthier, more authentic relationships with yourself and with those around you. Healing is possible and you don't have to do it alone.
